   You use the working software against real scenarios. We fix what does not match how you actually work.

   Handoff

   Repository transferred, deployment documented, handoff doc delivered. You own everything.

Timeline

Most internal tools ship in 1–3 weeks from an approved statement of work.

Price

$4,000 – $15,000 typical range

You get a quoted range in the statement of work before the build starts. The final price is settled at delivery from the actual compute the build consumed — what moves it: number of distinct workflows, integrations with other systems, and how many people use it at once. About 20% is paid up front; the balance at handoff.

Common questions

Our process is weird. Can you really model it?

Weird processes are the reason custom software exists. If a SaaS product modeled your process, you would have bought it already. The intake brief and scoping call exist precisely to capture the weirdness before we price it.

What happens when we want changes six months later?

You own the code and the repository, so you have options: bring it back to us for a quoted change order, hire any developer (the handoff doc and test suite exist so a stranger can work on it), or leave it alone — it will keep running.

What if the tool breaks after handoff?

Defects against the statement of work are fixed free for 30 days after handoff. After that, fixes are quoted like any change — and because you own the code, you are never locked into us for them.
